At Thia’s Travel Services, our retainer fees and service fees ensure that clients receive premium, dedicated, and customised travel planning.

A retainer fee is required before any research, itinerary planning, visa assistance, or trip customisation begins.
What the Retainer Covers

- Price monitoring
- Up to 3 revisions

- For travel bookings, a portion of the retainer (usually $75–$150 depending on the trip) may be credited toward the final package once booked.
- If the client cancels, the retainer is forfeited.
- Travel insurance is highly recommended. Some retainers may be reimbursable through insurance depending on coverage.
