A retainer fee is required before any research, itinerary planning, visa assistance, or trip customisation begins.

  • For travel bookings, a portion of the retainer (usually $75–$150 depending on the trip) may be credited toward the final package once booked.
  • If the client cancels, the retainer is forfeited.
  • Travel insurance is highly recommended. Some retainers may be reimbursable through insurance depending on coverage.
